Today more than ever we are often living in a chronic state of ‘fight or flight’ mode and it is effecting our nervous systems. When we are in constant stress or ‘survival mode’ parts of our body literally shut down so that only what is needed is kept running so we can conserve energy to literally fight or run! In this 2.5 workshop Tash will talk about the nervous system and lead you through a practice focused heavily on the breath and thoughtful movement to help you bring your nervous system into balance and enhance wellbeing. Suitable for all levels.
