Mother Space Sessions

Mother Space offers support, community and education for all mothers.

Mindfulness. Yoga & other movement modalities. Meditation. Discussion. Sharing. Journalling. Listening. Education. Guest Speakers. Outings. Community. Support. Laughter. Fun. 

Mother Space is for Mum’s only…it is one day a week where you are creating space for yourself, so no kiddies in this class!

Mother Space is a 60 minute session each week that focuses on creating space for Mumma’s while also bringing us together as a community of women, sisters and friends. Each week we will explore different mindfulness and relaxation techniques, movement modalities, go on outings, share and discuss and/or invite guests to speak to the group. 

MOTHER SPACE SAMPLE SCHEDULE !

 
Mindfulness. What is it, why do we need it and how can we practice it when with our children and as a wellbeing tool for ourselves. The session will finish with a relaxation practice.
 
Talking (don’t worry no public speaking!) and Listening. We’re exploring what it means to consciously talk and actively listen when communicating with others and how this can transform relationships. The session will finish with a relaxation practice.
 
Self Care. This session is all about you Mama! Spend an hour relaxing and finding space while being guided through a gentle yin/restorative class. Perfect for all levels.
 
Guest Speaker & Morning Tea. Guest tbc closer to the date.

Tash’s mission is to help NZ breathe, move and feel better! Her classes always have an element of mindfulness as Tash believes from experience that mindfulness techniques are simple to learn and powerful to experience. She teaches regularly at the Beginner Yogi studio in Karori and has an online yoga membership (BYOM) for Kiwi’s wanting to enjoy a regular yoga practice from the comfort of their own home.
