1.00pm – 2.40pm: Mindfulness Workshop with Cheryl Strawbridge

Includes mindfulness workshop, workbook, guided mindfulness meditation audios.

Relax, revitalise and learn a powerful new life skill, in this entertaining and interactive workshop. Suitable for anyone wanting to benefit from a more mindful life.

3.00pm – 5.00pm: Yin Yoga Workshop with Tash Domonkos

Includes yin workshop, scented eye pillow and a 30 minute guided relaxation.

Following on from the Mindfulness workshop in the morning, our focus during this 2 hour yin yoga workshop will be in the present moment and the breath. 

You will ease into the afternoon session with some facial yoga techniques designed to help relax the face and the mind before Tash guides you into yin postures that encourage release through the bodies fascia lines, along with some more restorative yin postures before sinking into a guided 30 minute full body relaxation.

Suitable for absolute beginners to advanced. Light afternoon tea provided.

Tash Domonkos

Tash Domonkos Beginner YogiTash is the owner and teacher at Beginner Yogi Yoga Studio and has recently launched the Beginner Yogi Online Membership within NZ. Her mission is to help people breathe, move and feel better through yoga. 

If you come along to one of Tash’s classes, you’ll be gently guided into a practice focused on the breath, discovering how it feels good to move within your body. There is no pushing or stressing, just space for the body, mind and spirit that is created by movement and the breath, leaving you feeling better.

Cheryl Strawbridge

Cheryl StrawbridgeCheryl is a qualified Mindfulness practitioner with a background in science, healthcare and psychology.

Prior to running Mindfulness4u Cheryl spent many years working in large multinational corporations, traveling, SCUBA diving and raising a family.

Mindfulness has had a profoundly positive impact on her life. Cheryl loves nothing more than watching people’s lives transform as they embrace the teachings of Mindfulness. Cheryl combines her empathetic approach with her vision that a rich and fulfilling life is possible for everyone.
