Join myself and a small group of like-minded people for a day of mindfulness in our light-filled Wellington Studio. Set in a warm and cosy environment, I will be talking about Mindfulness…what it is and how it can help you in everyday life. You will also learn multiple techniques to take home and experience what it feels to be deeply present and connected. Because the group is small there will also be time to ask questions and get personal feedback in relation to mindfulness and how you might incorporate what you learn into your own (and your families) life.
Lunch will provided on site.
