Join myself and a small group for a day of mindfulness and peace and quiet in the beautiful Puketapu country side. Taking place in a cosy and spacious country home, I will be presenting the Ovio course in a comfortable lounge setting and a hot and delicious lunch will be provided. Because the group is small there will also be time to ask questions and get personal feedback in relation to mindfulness and how you might incorporate what you learn into your own (and your families) life.

Mindfulness One courses are a great way to start living a more mindful life. Specifically designed for modern professionals and parents wanting clarity in a stressed-out, digitally dependent culture. Her classes always have an element of mindfulness as Tash believes from experience that mindfulness techniques are simple to learn and powerful to experience. Becoming a facilitator of the Ovio Mindfulness Courses was an easy decision because it is a practice that she believes in. Along with teaching Mindfulness, Tash teaches regularly at the Beginner Yogi studio in Karori and has an online yoga membership (BYOM) for Kiwi’s wanting to enjoy a regular yoga practice from the comfort of their own home.
