Join Anna to be guided through an invigorating and calming practice to help develop a calm and open heart, a clear meditative and projective mind, and an ability to intuit and understand our conscious, subconscious, and unconscious, actions and behaviours. This practice also helps strengthen the nervous system, open the lungs and the heart, improve circulation, adjust the ribcage, invigorate the brain, and develop physical stamina and inner strength.
