Tash Domonkos is a Wellington based yoga teacher with a passion for making yoga safe, sustainable and accessible. Her approach is relaxed and easy going with the intention to get you breathing, moving and feeling better!
Most BYOM classes are filmed on location at her yoga studio Beginner Yogi in Wellington.
