  • WEEK 3: SELF CARE MEDITATION. This powerful meditation practice is created to invite you into a space where you can learn from your own inner wisdom.
  • WEEK 4:  YOGA MASSAGE. This week we are giving ourselves a full body massage with a yoga tune up ball or tennis ball!
