In this afternoon workshop Kirstie Cleary will introduce you to the wisdom of Ayurveda and you’ll learn whether you are a Vata, Pita or Kapha body and mind type. Ayurveda is a health system (and sister science of yoga) that focuses on nutrition and practical lifestyle guidance to help your unique mind/body type to thrive. According to Ayurveda, we each have a constitution based on a particular combination of three fundamental bio-energies called the Doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Each dosha (or body/mind type) contains specific qualities that influence the way we metabolise food, fluid, and life experiences.
