Learn how to use simple, practical mindfulness techniques to: improve clarity, focus, engagement and productivity at work; reduce stress, depression, anxiety and reactivity; repair sleep, increase energy levels and enhance your well-being and relationships with others. Workshops includes 3 sixty minute classes, a workbook, audio downloads, and a mindfulness journal to take home.
