Join Tash as she shares her personal self healing practice with participants in a safe and supportive space.
The workshop (set around the New Moon) includes a Yin Yang style of yoga that incorporates flow and stillness, meditation, mindfulness and self inquiry.
You will be guided through the process of seeing what isn’t working and what it is time to let go of in order to surrender and create space.
You can join this workshop with physical and/or emotional self healing intentions, please note: we are initiating the self healing process, not performing miracles! Work will need to be done, but you will guided and supported through out the workshop.
What you need: your self healing intention and an open heart, comfortable clothing (layers are good), a journal and pen.
We will provide: a safe and supportive environment for you to be in, yoga mats, blankets, water etc.
