Delve into the theory, practice and therapeutic applications of this powerful and transformative deep relaxation practice which allows the practitioner to unravel at the cellular level and release tension and impressions stored in the layers of the body and mind. It recharges the entire system and is equivalent to several hours of deep sleep.

Meet Atmabhava

Atmabhava, was a core member of Anahata Yoga Retreat in Golden Bay for 10 years and is currently a member of their charitable trust board. He came to yoga because of health reasons and the practical and scientific methods immediately made a strong impression. He is a living example of how health can be transformed through yoga. His passion is in sharing the simple and readily accessible practices that bring about transformation with specific interests in Yogic Lifestyle, Diet & Nutrition, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Mantra & Kirtan. Now living on the Kapiti Coast and teaching in a number of different environments such as Community Classes, Rimutaka Prison, Porirua forensic rehabilitation unit, weekend retreats and regular visits to Anahata to share his knowledge and experience. He also enjoys working one-on-one with people to help them achieve more balance in their lives.
