Experience the bliss of a guided Yin yoga practice with the simple but profound magic of Mindfulness…

This workshop gently weaves the simple, yet profound practice of mindfulness into a yin yoga class. So as you discover postures that encourage release through the bodies fascia lines you’ll also experience what it is to be truly present. The class will finish with guided relaxation for complete bliss!

The Benefits of Mindfulness: helps to manage stress, increases clarity & focus, decreases depression, enhances wellbeing and resilience, repairs sleep and so much more!

She teaches regularly at the Beginner Yogi studio in Karori and has an online yoga membership (BYOM) for Kiwi's wanting to enjoy a regular yoga practice from the comfort of their own home.
