Workshop Details

Traditionally, Yin Yoga works the area from the navel to the knees, but the principles of Yin Yoga can be applied to all areas of the body.

Join Anna and be guided through a Yin Yoga practice working with the upper body areas from the yin-side, to help relieve and release tension and resistance in the upper body areas – especially neck, shoulders and upper back.

Anna has had a regular yoga and meditation practice for over 20 years, and has embraced most of the authentic Hatha yoga practices – particularly Iyengar, Astanga, Vini, and Kundalini yoga – as well as a variety of meditation practices, including Vipassana, Tibetan, and Mindfulness meditation. Anna is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor (Level 1) and Yin Yoga Teacher (Level 1) and is currently furthering her Yin Yoga teaching qualifications and studying Yoga Therapy.

Meet Anna Fenton
