This workshop gently weaves the simple, yet profound practice of Mindfulness into a Restorative Yin yoga class.
The studio will be warm and lit by candle light to create an atmosphere of relaxation. The asanas will be gentler than a standard yin yoga class, with the primary focus being relaxation. While you are in the state of deep relaxation Tash will be sharing the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, from his book The Power Of Now.
This workshop is for those that are interested in Eckhart Tolle’s wisdom, or enjoy or are open to a more spiritual approach to mindfulness and presence. All levels welcome!
