In the busyness of today’s world, we often forget ourselves. Always putting work and the needs of others first, can lead to burnout and deficiency. So how do we make choices that serve others and ourselves? Our true impact comes, not from a state of doing, but from a relaxed state of being.

Join Anna to be guided through a physically and mentally restorative practice that systematically moves the energy in every part of your body to help release the impact of stored emotions and traumas – so you can experience a relaxed state of mind and being, and have a clear sense of your true Self and Identity.

Anna has had a regular yoga and meditation practice for over 20 years, and has embraced most of the authentic Hatha yoga practices – particularly Iyengar, Astanga, Vini, and Kundalini yoga – as well as a variety of meditation practices. Anna teaches Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga, and is currently studying Yoga Therapy, Vedanta Philosophy and Sanskrit.

Meet Anna Fenton
