- WEEK 1 – Mindfulness Meditation
- WEEK 2 – Mantra Meditation
- WEEK 3 – Guided Meditation
- WEEK 4 – Putting it all together! A Meditation integrating what you practiced in weeks 1-3
Each meditation class is between 12 – 20 minutes long so are easy to schedule into your day!
And it’s lifetime access! So you can repeat the course as often as you like or pick your favourite meditation class for your practice.
