Move to the flow of your breathe and connect deeply to the rhythm of your body in this two hour moving meditation workshop.

Join Tash for this powerful two hour moving meditation practice. There are only 4 ‘parts’ to the sequence, with a 5th added near the end and we will move along with a carefully selected playlist to experience different emotions and feelings through out the evening.

You will likely feel a profound connection to your breathe and body through out this workshop, a great chance to find centre, let go, re-align and step into a space of calm and peace.

This workshop is suitable for beginners to advanced.

Tash's mission is to help NZ breathe, move and feel better! Her classes always have an element of mindfulness as Tash believes from experience that mindfulness techniques are simple to learn and powerful to experience. She teaches regularly at the Beginner Yogi studio in Karori and has an online yoga membership (BYOM) for Kiwi's wanting to enjoy a regular yoga practice from the comfort of their own home.
