10.30am – 12.00pm: Mindfulness Workshop with Cheryl Strawbridge
Includes 1.5 hour workshop, workbook, guided mindfulness meditation audios.
Relax, revitalise and learn a powerful new life skill, in this entertaining and interactive workshop. Suitable for anyone wanting to benefit from a more mindful life.

2.00pm – 4.00pm: Yin Yoga Workshop with Tash Domonkos
Includes 2 hour workshop, scented eye pillow and a 30 minute guided relaxation.
Following on from the Mindfulness workshop in the morning, our focus during this 2 hour yin yoga workshop will be in the present moment.
Along the way you will also discover postures that encourage release through the bodies fascia lines and be guided into safe and deeply relaxing restorative postures. To finish you will learn some very simple and rejuvenating face yoga techniques before sinking into a guided 30 minute full body relaxation.
Suitable for absolute beginners to advanced.
Since the studio opened in August last year, it has been humming with students and is well known for its 6 Week Beginner Yogi Courses and other classes on the timetable.
As the yoga teacher for this retreat weekend, Tash has carefully designed each class to ensure you are safe and feeling amazing at the end of the weekend. The yoga classes in this workshop are suitable for absolute beginners to advanced.
Prior to running Mindfulness4u Cheryl spent many years working in large multinational corporations, traveling, SCUBA diving and raising a family.
Mindfulness has had a profoundly positive impact on her life. Cheryl loves nothing more than watching people’s lives transform as they embrace the teachings of Mindfulness. Cheryl combines her empathetic approach with her vision that a rich and fulfilling life is possible for everyone.
