To experience ongoing wellness and vitality, maintaining healthy digestion and elimination is just as important as maintaining our physical health. While diet is the most important factor in maintaining healthy digestive and elimination systems, physical exercise, stress reduction and relaxation are also important.

Join Anna to experience and learn some simple yet powerful tools to maintain healthy digestion and elimination, to develop conscious awareness of these important physical bodily functions that support and serve us in our daily life, and to bring the mind to a place of conscious understanding that self-healing is not a miracle – it is the privilege of every being and the genuine process of relationship between the physical body and the infinite power of the soul.

Anna has had a regular yoga and meditation practice for over 20 years, and has embraced most of the authentic Hatha yoga practices – particularly Iyengar, Astanga, Vini, and Kundalini yoga – as well as a variety of meditation practices. Anna teaches Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga, and is currently studying Yoga Therapy, Vedanta Philosophy and Sanskrit.

Meet Anna Fenton
