Every day is an opportunity to attend to matters of the heart, to use our sensitivity to deepen our connections and relationships with ourselves, with others, and with our environments, and to empathise and project compassion.  Every day is also an opportunity to declutter, clear, and gain mastery over, our minds and thought processes – so we can live in our hearts.

Join Anna to be guided through an invigorating and calming practice to help develop a calm and open heart, a clear meditative and projective mind, and an ability to intuit and understand our conscious, subconscious, and unconscious, actions and behaviours.  This practice also helps strengthen the nervous system, open the lungs and the heart, improve circulation, adjust the ribcage, invigorate the brain, and develop physical stamina and inner strength.

Anna has had a regular yoga and meditation practice for over 20 years, and has embraced most of the authentic Hatha yoga practices – particularly Iyengar, Astanga, Vini, and Kundalini yoga – as well as a variety of meditation practices. Anna teaches Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga, and is currently studying Yoga Therapy, Vedanta Philosophy and Sanskrit.

Meet Anna Fenton
