Workshop Details

We mostly think of ourselves as having only a physical body and a mind. In Kundalini Yoga:

  • the human body is understood to be made up of ten bodies – the physical body, three mental bodies and six energy bodies,
  • the effects of each of these bodies can permeate the other bodies,
  • by understanding we are ten bodies, and being aware of those ten bodies, we can keep them in balance and be in balance with the universe.

Join Anna and be guided through a dynamic Kundalini Yoga practice to awaken and expand our awareness of these ten bodies.

Anna has had a regular yoga and meditation practice for over 20 years, and has embraced most of the authentic Hatha yoga practices – particularly Iyengar, Astanga, Vini, and Kundalini yoga – as well as a variety of meditation practices, including Vipassana, Tibetan, and Mindfulness meditation. Anna is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor (Level 1) and Yin Yoga Teacher (Level 1) and is currently furthering her Yin Yoga teaching qualifications and studying Yoga Therapy.

Meet Anna Fenton
