Mother Space offers support, community and education for all mothers.
Mindfulness. Yoga & other movement modalities. Meditation. Discussion. Sharing. Journalling. Listening. Education. Guest Speakers. Outings. Community. Support. Laughter. Fun.
Mother Space is a 60 minute session each week that focuses on creating space for Mumma’s while also bringing us together as a community of women, sisters and friends. Each week we will explore different mindfulness and relaxation techniques, movement modalities, go on outings, share and discuss and/or invite guests to speak to the group.
